We stand behind the quality of our readings. All Sagelon reports and paid readings come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Digital product delivery

Sagelon reports are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because your reading is generated and delivered immediately, there is no “return” in the traditional sense. However, we believe you should feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer our 30-day guarantee regardless of delivery.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@sagelon.com with the following details:

• •The email address used for your purchase
• •Your order or transaction ID (from your confirmation email)
• •The date of purchase
• •A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing time

Once we receive your refund request, we'll review and process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
