1. What Sagelon is

Sagelon is a personality synthesis platform that generates readings and reports by combining data from Western astrology, Chinese astrology (BaZi), Pythagorean numerology, and tarot birth cards using cross-framework analysis.

Our reports are generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. They are not professional advice of any kind, including psychological, medical, financial, legal, or career advice. Do not make life decisions based solely on the content of a Sagelon report.

2. Accuracy

Sagelon reports are generated using established frameworks from astrology, numerology, and related traditions. We make no claims about the scientific validity of these systems. The analysis reflects patterns within these frameworks applied to your birth data, not predictions or guarantees about your personality, future, or life outcomes.

3. Purchases and refunds

All paid reports (Mini Report, Full Report, Agent Profile, Dual Soul Reading) are delivered digitally and generated specifically for your birth data. Because each report is custom-generated at the time of purchase, all sales are final.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your report from being delivered (generation failure, missing content, or similar), contact us at support@sagelon.com and we will regenerate your report or issue a refund at our discretion.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

4. Report access and sharing

Each report is assigned a unique access code. Anyone with this code can view the report. You are responsible for keeping your code private if you do not want others to see your report. Sharing your code with someone gives them access to your report content.

We do not require account creation or login to view reports. This is intentional for simplicity, but it means the access code is the only thing protecting your report.

5. Free tools and snapshots

The Convergence Snapshot and calculator tools are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-generate, or mass-access reports
• •Attempt to access reports belonging to other users by guessing access codes
• •Resell or commercially redistribute Sagelon reports without permission
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users

7. Limitation of liability

Sagelon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagelon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sagelon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
