How They're Calculated
The calculation is straightforward. Add all eight digits of your birth date, written as MMDDYYYY. Keep adding digits until you reach 22 or less. Sagelon counts 22 as 4. A number from 1 to 9 pairs with the card 9 higher, and a number from 10 to 21 pairs with the card its digits add up to. For example, July 14, 1990 gives 0+7+1+4+1+9+9+0 = 31. Then 3+1 = 4, so your cards are The Emperor (4) and Death (13).
